The first step to creating a new kitchen or bathroom you will love for years to come is having a design that works for your lifestyle. From layout to location of cabinets to the size of your shower, the design depends on how you plan to use your space.

The team of knowledgeable designers at Mark IV Kitchen & Bath Gallery is always ready to sit down with you and start your project. We begin by meeting with you to discuss what you want in your new space, then we come up with a design and work with you to coordinate the build process. We promise you will love your new kitchen or bath when it’s designed by the professionals at Mark IV.

Our Design Process

In the design process, our mission is to discover and analyze our client’s ideas and goals for their renovation. Our designers will apply those ideas and present a range of options to fulfill client-inspired design solutions.

So what can you expect when you come into our showroom for your personal consultation? Here are a few things you will discuss during your initial visit with your designer:

  • What are your ideas and goals for your kitchen remodeling project or bathroom remodeling project?
  • What is your budget?
  • What features are important to you? What are your “must-haves?”
  • What is your current layout—you can bring plans and photos—and what don’t you like about it?
  • Do you have an idea of what products you want in your new kitchen or bath?

You may or may not already have concrete answers to all of these questions. Either way, our designers will help you determine your ideal design.

Decisions, Decisions

At our showroom, many of our products will be on display for you to see firsthand. There are many decisions for you to make, and we want to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. Once you and your designer have walked through these steps, you can choose for us to come to your home and take measurements.

Following that visit, we have all we need to design your space. After the designer has had time to review your ideas and floor plan, a design and quote will be developed and presented to you. Upon approval, we will walk through all material selection decisions in our showroom. All that we need from you is your anticipation for the completed design!

Finalizing your Project

Your designer will work with you until you are completely satisfied and your budget is met. This may include changes and tweaks until the design, product selections and price are finalized. When all your products arrive at our warehouse, we will schedule a delivery to your home or contractor, or set up a day for our professional installation team to begin your renovation.
